The Holy Spirit Was Given to Them

Acts 19: 6

How do we see the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit comes to us in a breath, in a wind, in a rush of air.

Ask your hardware store for help inserting a swivel mount (you'll probably need a screw mount for the swivel) into the end of a 12- or 13-inch dowel rod.

Cut a 2-1/2 - yard length of 1-1/4 - inch ribbon (variegated or rainbow is nice if you can find it, but red is the color of the Holy Spirit), and tie it onto the swivel mount.

Wrap the head of the dowel rod with string or yarn for extra support.

And let each child swirl his or her ribbon, trying to catch a glimpse of the Spirit.
